Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters
A strong offshore flow will persist through Wednesday morning as cool high pressure settles into south Texas behind a cold front. The offshore flow and seas will gradually weaken by Wednesday afternoon. A light offshore flow will continue on Thanksgiving as the high pressure ridge remains over the area. The high will shift to the east on Friday resulting in a weak onshore flow developing. As low pressure deepens over the Southern Plains during the weekend...an increasing onshore flow will develop with isolated showers. A strong cold front will move into the Gulf waters Sunday night leading to a strong offshore flow.
